Welcome to P2P Trade, a professional peer-to-peer trading platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Platform Description

P2P Trade is a professional trading platform that connects traders directly for peer-to-peer transactions. This is not an educational service but a professional trading environment.

2. Trade Execution & Control

Trade Flexibility: Users maintain full control over their trading positions:

• Close any open trade position before another trader accepts it for full refund
• If no one accepts your trade by expiration, you receive full refund with no commission
• Trades always settle at expiration time, not before
• Commission of 20% from profit charged only on successful trades that reach expiration
• No fees for canceled or expired positions

3. Risk Disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

• Securing login credentials

We strive for 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
